Welcome to the Four Seasons Community Association

The Four Seasons Community Association (FSCA) is a volunteer, non-profit, and non-binding advocacy organization that works to address issues pertaining to the quality of life of residents living in the Four Seasons community in Gambrills, MD. There are approximately 1,200 homes in the Four Seasons Community. (Please see attached map of the Four Seasons Community Association).

Again, participation by each household is voluntary, but active membership allows FSCA to more accurately represent the views of the community and strengthen our authority when dealing with other organizations and governmental agencies. Only paid and current members may vote and receive e-mail updates.

Each year the FSCA conducts its Annual Membership Drive by mailing each resident the Annual Winter Newsletter. Members from the previous year and residents who sign-up for FSCA information at the website will also receive the membership application online. Each resident, regardless of membership, receives a copy of the quarterly newsletter at no cost. Beginning in 2012, the Annual Winter Newsletter will be the only mailing to all residents as FSCA looks to reduce costs. This is why your dues go solely to the community and this is a completely volunteer run organization.

Please help FSCA remain a viable and effective community organization by maintaining its standing in the Anne Arundel County. Your annual membership fee of $10.00 per household allows you to be a voting member and influence decisions that impact our community and support for services that strengthen our community. We also support Four Seasons Elementary School, Security Patrol, and other community activities.

FSCA typically meets the second Thursday of each month, at 7:00 p.m., at the Village at Waugh Chapel Community Center (http://www.villagecommons.org/directions) located at: 1326 Main Chapel Way, Gambrills, MD 21054. There is no meetings scheduled in June or July and meetings may be canceled due to inclement weather. Notice of additional meetings and changes in meeting times or locations will be posted on this website.
