The President is responsible for setting the agenda for all meetings and is the presiding officer of the Board of Governors in all administrative business.

The Vice President assists the President in all administrative business. The Vice President is the security and traffic liaison for the community. The Vice President works closely with the Four Seasons Traffic Committee and Safety Patrol.

The Secretary is responsible for taking and recording minutes of all community meetings. The Secretary also tracks motions approved by the Board of Governors at meetings or correspondence.

Treasurer-at-fsca.net

The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining all financial activities for the community association. This includes membership dues, donations, and giveaways that involve financial transactions. The Treasurer should report all financial transactions at community meetings.

CommunityLife-at-fsca.net

The Community Liaison is responsible for working with both profit and non-profit community organizations. Activities that include community service, fundraisers, community events, are to be coordinated through the Community Liaison.

The Escrow Manager is responsible for managing escrow funds held by the community association. The Escrow Manager shall report monthly on the status of the escrow account and manage all aspects of the account on behalf of the community association.

EnvironLiason-at-fsca.net

The Environmental Liaison is responsible for monitoring concerns relating to the quality of life in our community. Concerns include issues that impact air, light, and view. The Environmental Liaison monitors specific issues that involve the Navy Dairy Farm, Fly Ash, and other development related issues.

The Membership and Publications Director is responsible for maintaining an accurate list of membership, inform the community of announcements and upcoming meetings, and promote community association functions through printed and electronic communication.
